.5 oz. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
.5 oz. Raspberry simply syrup
1 Egg white
Prepare simple syrup with fresh raspberries; let cool. Dry shake ingredients without ice. Add ice and shake again. Fine strain into a coupe or Nick & Nora glass garnished with a raspberry trio.
