We’re wrapping up our week with another great #Tenmileinthewild cocktail. This week, we’re featuring The Sweet Jane from “@holywaternyc”. Crafted by Alex Pincus, this refreshing drink combines Sinpatch Vodka with a house-made apple shrub and a bit of lemon juice.
“We wanted to make a crushable and refreshing cocktail that also felt very fall. Sinpatch vodka was just right for it- very smooth drinking and a little nutty, which goes with apple shrub so well.”
1.5 oz Sinpatch Vodka
1 oz Apple shrub
.75 oz Lemon juice
2 oz Seltzer.
In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients and fill with large ice cubes. Shake until well chilled. Strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice cubes and top with 2 oz seltzer. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel.
