Legend has it the name of our road, SINPATCH, dates back to a local minister who once described the area as “nothing but a patch of sin!” - reportedly due to the gambling houses, brothels and saloons that populated the area. Close to 300 years later, Tenmile Distillery is determined to make the name SINPATCH synonymous with more conventional, legal, and mainstream good times. We ferment and distill only local high-quality grain grown specifically for the purpose of making our vodka.

The Process

Distilled in small batches, SINPATCH VODKA achieves a rare purity because our commitment to quality requires us to oversee every step of the process - we even filter through activated charcoal made from our own recycled oak whisky barrels. Our fourteen-plate vodka column is able to achieve the necessary concentration of alcohol thanks to its unorthodox reflux condenser at the top. This allows us to create the same product as a large-scale industrial producer, but with a much gentler process. Whether you consume Sinpatch Vodka straight up in a dry martini or as a component in your favorite cocktail we hope you’ll find it integrates itself seamlessly into your creation.

Tasting Notes

Using only the finest local ingredients run through pot stills and a column still with a special reflux condenser at the top, Sinpatch Vodka receives an attention to detail you can taste. Signature Cocktails

Our Vesper
2 ounces Sinpatch Vodka
1 ounce Listening Rock Gin 1⁄2 ounce Cocchi Americano Garnish with a twist of lemon
Chill glass with ice
Shake Sinpatch Vodka, Listening Rock Gin and Cocchi Americano in a cocktail shaker filled with ice
Discard ice and strain cocktail mixture into glass
Garnish with a twist of lemon

Our Greyhound
Pour 1 ½ ounces Sinpatch vodka over ice in a lowball glass
Whip 4 ounces Freshly squeezed grapefruit juice in a blender and pour over vodka
